ITINERARY : Bangalore – Hassan – Coorg – Kannur

Day 1: Bangalore

Arrival at Bangalore Airport. Transfer to prebooked hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Evening explore the city. Overnight stay.

Day 2: Hassan (Bangalore – Hassan 3 Hrs /182Kms)

After breakfast checkout from the hotel and proceed to Hassan. Enroute visit Shravanabelagola. Shravanabelagola is one of the most popular Jain pilgrimage center in South India It is famous for the Bahubali Statue which is supposed to be the tallest monolithic stone statue in the world with a height of 58 feet carved out of a single block of granite. Overnight stay in hassan.

Day 3: Hassan

After breakfast checkout from the hotel and proceed for sightseeing. visit Belur Chanakeswara and Halebid Hoysaleswara temples. The temple is listed as UNESCO World heritage Site. The temples are famous for Hoysala architecture made of stones during 12th century. Overnight stay in Hassan.

Day 4: Coorg (Hassan – Coorg (2 Hrs /108Kms)

After breakfast checkout from the hotel and proceed to Hassan, the Scotland of India. Check into a colonial bungalow inside the middle of a coffee plantation owned by Tata Coffee Ltd. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a plantation experience.

Day 5: Coorg

Early morning enjoy a walk through the plantation. A Guided trekking inside the estate will help you learn about the coffee plantation business. This place produce one of the finest coffee beans in the world. Evening proceed to Madikkeri for sightseeing of Abbey falls, Rajas seat and Madikkeri fort. Overnight stay in plantation bungalow.

Day 6: Kannur (Coorg - Kannur (2hours /69 Kms)

Proceed to Kannur known as the city of Looms and Lores. This place has a rich tradition and lot to tell about its culture, traditions and lifestyle. Check into beach homestay. Evening visit Arakkal museum, St.Angelos Fort. Overnight stay.

Day 7: Kannur

Sightseeing includes visiting the Handloom weavers, Dinesh society which makes tiny cigerattes of Kerala called the Beedi. Evening visit the famous Madayippara.

Day 8: Departure – Kannur airport

Bid farewell for the day.
